Repair Policy

We will repair any product that fails during the guarantee period (1year) at our own expense, provided that failure is not due to carelessness nor incorrect handling of the product. After expiration of the guarantee period we will make repairs at the customer’s expense.

In the case that replacement or repair parts are not available, the product reliability cannot be maintained ever after repairs, or repairs will require great expense or time, we will consult with you before beginning the repair.
