Tokyo, Japan – ASTRODESIGN, Inc., high-end digital video equipment developer and manufacturer, today announces that EBU, European Broadcasting Union has completed 4k test material shooting, in which ASTRODESIGN joined with 4k monitoring equipment at RAI Turin studio in June.

32inch 4k monitor, model DM-3432 was used as editing reference monitor and 56inch 4k monitor, model DM-3410-A as On Set previewing.

EBU has showed test material of uncompressed image comparing HEVC encoded image with some bit rate at IBC in Amsterdam during September 7th 11th
